The SPMC65X family, the industrial 8-bit microcontrollers developed by SUNPLUS Technology, is featured by its high performance of anti-interference and is widely applied in the field of home appliance, industrial equipments, instruments etc. Main features are depicted below.

　－ 16K bytes SRAM for program memory
　－ 512 bytes RAM for data memory

　－ multifunction bi-directional I/O line
　－ Users can set the corresponding registers to select pull-up/down resistors, or outputs.

　－ 6 channel of external interrupts with two interrupt levels
