The SPMC75x family, the 16-bit architecture product, carry the newest 16-bit microprocessor, μ 'nSP ? (Microcontroller and Signal Processor), developed by SUNPLUS Technology. The SPMC75x integrated many function modules inside, such as PWM generator for inverter motor, full function compare/capture, position detection for BLDC motor, quadrature-encoder pulse circuit, multi-functional I/Os, UART, SPI, ADC and timers and many others. With the supported by these modules, the devices are suitable for home appliances with inverter motors, standard industrial inverter motors and s erver control , etc. Main features are depicted below.
